Produced by Ransom Spirits in Oregon and developed in collaboration with spirits historian David Wondrich, this 44% ABV spirit bridges gin and whiskey with its unique malt-forward profile. Made from a grain bill of 85% malted barley and 15% unmalted barley combined with corn, it's distilled through an alambic copper pot still and aged 3-6 months in French wine oak. The result is the first domestic Old Tom gin released since Prohibition.
